left alt saves pos (like a checkpoint)

R loads it

Press the W key or up arrow or space key to go up

Press the S key or down arrow to go down 

Press shift to let go of a ladder 

WASD or arrow key movement space, W, and up arrow  are  jump key

touching spikes or the red dino will make you go back to your last spawn/checkpoint

toggle keystrokes and change music volume in settings
